Sky’s the limit - terms and conditions

§1
1. The aim of the special offer known under the name of „Communion” is a discount for chosen products.
2. The administrator of the offer is the Hungry Locust located at ul. Jana Długosza, 42-46, 51-162, Wrocław, further known as Administrator.

§2
1. The sale is directed exclusively at individual customers who are natural persons.
2. The sale is introduced in the online shop www.telescopesplanet.com starting from 29.05.2025 from 3:00 PM CET till 01.06.2025 till 11:59 PM CET.
3. This promotion can be combined with other currently valid promotions.

§3
None of the underneath mentioned individuals may participate in this program:

§4
A participant of the sale may be any individual with full legal capacity and legal persons and organizational units without legal personality if they have the capacity to acquire rights and obligations, who meets the requirements stated in §2.1 and does not belong to a group of customers listed in §3.

§5
1. All orders submitted at www.telescopesplanet.com during the time of the sale and meeting its requirements are covered by the sale.
2. With the purchase of any telescope, the customer receives a free pair of binoculars (OPT-10-029349). The promotion is valid until further notice or while supplies last. The binoculars cannot be exchanged for other products or for a cash equivalent.
3. In the event of a telescope return, the binoculars must also be returned.

§6 
The administrator holds the right to stop the special offer before the end date due to exhaustion of stocks.
